Breast health depends on daily care. Therefore, women may want to pay attention to certain exercise methods to promote breast health.
I. Chest-strengthening exercises
1. Swimming
Swimming is an exercise that benefits all parts of the body. When swimming, the water pressure massages the chest, which can stimulate mammary ducts and fatty tissue, and prevent diseases such as breast hyperplasia.
2. Lifting Exercise
Simple lifting exercises can expand the space in the chest, allowing the chest to relax, which is beneficial for the metabolism of chest connective tissue and can also prevent breast aging and sagging.
method:
A simple chest-strengthening exercise is to clasp your hands together, slowly raise them overhead, hold for 10 seconds, and then slowly lower them back to your chest. Repeat this 5-10 times; the up-and-down motion can lift the breast muscles.
II. Frequent massage
Massage has always been a popular way to maintain health, and different massage techniques are used for different parts of the body. Below is a massage technique for breast care.
1. Use both palms to support the breasts from below, gently lift them up, and then push the outer sides of the breasts inward to prevent sagging and outward expansion.
2. Using your right palm, gently and evenly push down to the base of the left breast below the collarbone, then push back up along the same route. Repeat 20-30 times, then switch to your left hand and massage the right breast in the same way.
3. With four fingers together and thumb naturally spread, place your palm close to your skin and massage your breast in a circular motion around the nipple 10 times. Then, interlace your hands and rub your ribs 10 times with your palms.
4. Use your thumb and forefinger to knead and massage the lump in the opposite breast. If there is no lump, knead and massage the breast from the inside of the breast to the armpit.
5. Straighten your body and make exaggerated “I” and “O” shapes with your mouth, repeating this for two or three minutes. This can tighten the muscles from your jaw to your neck, and at the same time help lift your chest and firm the skin of your chest.
6. Support the base of your left breast with your left palm, then use your right palm to push towards the nipple with opposing forces 20-30 times. This method is suitable for women with slightly larger breasts.
